You are invited to the launch of Transition Streets

The Transition Streets Challenge provides information and promotes discussion and action

amongst small neighbourhood groups on how we can live more lightly on the planet.

We’re launching this exciting new project in Banyule, so come, have some fun and find out

• enjoy inspiring stories from people who participated in our pilot program

• meet your local Transition Streets Convenor over a glass of champagne and nibbles

• find out what you can gain from participating and how to join a group close to you

Transition Streets builds stronger connections with people in your neighbourhood; provides

information that can help you save money by taking simple practical steps to reduce your

energy and water bills; and gives tips to help you make smarter choices around food and

transport options and waste reduction.
